An afternoon tea was organised for awareness of R U OK Day.
For the Residents, a special afternoon tea was served with delicious chocolate muffins.
The café area was decorated with R U OK themed decorations.
Once afternoon tea was finsihed, two thoughtful Residents took a trolley each laden with muffins
and shared them with staff ensuring they asked each staff member “R U OK?” Little quotes were also
presented to staff members, which were greatly appreciated. An Afternoon at the Ballet Every Tuesday afternoon, approximately nine ladies and one gentleman attend the Cinema, some even dressed in their best outfits, to watch the Ballet (each performance is selected by the Residents themselves). A glass of champagne or a small Liqueur is served on arrival. Comments are made such as, “It feels like attending a real opening night at the Ballet!”
